Description
AudioCoder is a batch audio transcoder from MediaCoder. It is based on MediaCoder, can decode from and re-encode into most popular audio formats, and runs up to 8 simultaneous tasks. It is also known as MediaCoder Audio Edition.
Running tasks side by side makes transcoding faster, which saves time on whole albums. Many codec parameters are available for tuning. It accepts audio and video files as input, and it can read from BD, DVD, CD and streaming sources.
Lossy formats include MP3, Vorbis, LC-AAC, HE-AAC and Opus. Lossless formats include FLAC, WavPack, Monkey's Audio and ALAC.
