Description
GetColor is a color eyedropper that gets the color values of any pixel on your screen. It is made by Mount White Technology Solutions, LLC. It is free for personal use.
It displays the RGB color code next to the cursor as you move the mouse around the screen. The pane also shows the on-screen coordinates and a HEX code for the same color. GetColor runs on Windows.
It needs no installation, since you just run the executable. A toolbar icon appears to show that the tool is ready. To close it, right-click the taskbar icon and choose Exit, or press CTRL+Q. A commercial license is available for purchase.
